Polymer

The origins of the Polymer Division date from the early 1960s, and arose from the activities of a number of members of the Victorian branch of the RACI. The Polymer Division is the largest organisation representing polymer scientists, engineers and technologists in Australasia. It was the first of the “modern” Divisions of the RACI.

Our Purpose

The aim of the Polymer Division is to promote the professional activities of our members, both within our borders and on the international stage. The services we offer include:

  • organisation of scientific and educational meetings
  • promotion of individual scientists
  • provision of expert consulting advice
  • publishing of proceedings, journals, books and other matter.

 

The Polymer Division is strongly committed to supporting equity, diversity and inclusion.
