Signing of MoU between the RACI and the American Chemical Society (ACS)

 

The RACI is pleased to announce the signing of an MoU with the American Chemical Society (ACS). Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals the MoU will foster connections, activities, and events between the two societies, support the professional development of students and early-career chemists, and communicate the value of chemistry to the public.

RACI CEO, Mr. Shenal Basnayake states that “This MoU presents an invaluable opportunity for the RACI and ACS to collaborate on the most pressing matters that impact chemistry, our members, and society. Through join effort we will help shape a better future for all”.

“ACS is looking forward to working more closely with RACI, fostering the local and global connections that enhance the value and impact of our professional associations,” says Albert G. Horvath, ACS chief executive officer. “Investing in collaborative efforts positions us to address shared challenges, benefiting the global chemistry community.
