If you head to your profile, underneath where your profile picture may be (or perhaps its your initials) on the left hand side there will be a heading 'Access and update your membership/contact details', please click the pencil next to/under this heading. This will open up your membership account. There should be a button on the right hand side of that page that says 'renew now'. 

Please let me know if you have any further difficulty and I can ask our membership officer to give you a call to assist further.
