WinC delivers first Networking Event: Getting to Know You

The Women in Chemistry (WinC) Group VIC Branch, hosted their first virtual National Networking event themed “Getting to Know You” on August 11th.
The group liaised with other Women in Chemistry groups across Australia, resulting in a great turnout and diverse audience. The evening saw 17 speakers present a one minute slide to an audience of 50 guests. Each of the speakers shared honest and valuable experiences from their careers to date, encouraging networking on a National platform. All speakers were fantastic, but three speakers were selected by the committee as ‘highlights’ Tayla Chick (TAS), Aimee Horsfall (SA) and Kathryn Linge (WA).
