AGM Proxy Voting

The RACI AGM will take place at The Mercure Hotel, Spring St, Melbourne at 8.30am on Saturday 26 November.

The RACI published proposed Constitutional changes on Friday 23 September and invited members to comment.  These changes will be actioned at the AGM.

If you cannot attend the AGM and you disagree with any of the proposed changes you can complete the proxy form and mark on the summarised constitution sheet which points you disagree with.  See instructions below.

• Download and print the SUMMARISED CONSTITUTION from here.
• On the summarised constitution mark the items you do agree on with a "YES" and those items you do not agree on with a "NO", SIGN each page of the summarised constitution.
• Download and print the PROXY FORM here.
• Nominate who you would like to hold your proxy, the proxy MUST BE a paid up member and PRESENT at the AGM.
• Complete the proxy form with your proxy nominee.
• Give your proxy the original.

Submit a copy of the SUMMARISED CONSTITUTION with your remarks and the PROXY FORM to RACI National Office by email to roger.stapleford@raci.org.au or fax +61 3 9328 2670, the forms must be received NO LATER than 24 hours prior to the AGM.
