- students who are studying for a chemistry related degree or diploma
- some academic or practical chemistry experience
Member (MRACI) Available after completion of an approved degree but with insufficient professional experience for Corporate Membership of the RACI. Entitled to use the abbreviation MRACI (Member The Royal Australian Chemical Institute Inc.) after their name. Such a person requires additional professional experience to become a Corporate Member of the RACI. Corporate Membership Member Chartered Chemist (MRACI CChem) Obtainable after at least three years of approved professional experience with an approved qualification. Entitled to use the abbreviation MRACI CChem (Member The Royal Australian Chemical Institute Inc. Chartered Chemist) after their name. Such a person is a Corporate Member of the RACI, and is entitled to vote in the RACI elections. Fellow Chartered Chemist (FRACI CChem) Recognition of a position of eminence in the profession of chemistry. Election to this grade is based on academic qualifications and honours, experience and status, creative achievement in chemistry, responsibility and contribution to chemical science. Entitled to use the abbreviation FRACI CChem (Fellow Royal Australian Chemical Institute, Chartered Chemist) after their name. Such a person is known as a Corporate Member of the RACI, and is entitled to vote in the RACI elections. Back to top |
