Chemeca 2013 will be held from September 29 to October 2 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. The conference will be holding technical & industrial presentations for the wide range of chemical engineering streams. With the theme of Challenging Tomorrow, the conference will also be looking at four pillars to underpin the plenary program; Education & the Profession; Energy, Environment & the Economy; Industrial Challenges, and; Innovation.

Confirmed plenary speakers include Judith Hackitt, President of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and head of the UK’s Health & Safety Executive, and Marlene Kanga, 2013 President of Engineers Australia. Keynote speakers include Professors Mark Biggs and Rose Amal.
