Asia-Pacific NMR and ANZMAG 2013 - 27 Oct 2013

The 5th Asia-Pacific NMR Symposium (APNMR5) will be held in conjunction with the 9th biennial meeting of the Australian & New Zealand Society for Magnetic Resonance (ANZMAG) from the 27th to 30th of October, 2013 in Brisbane, QLD.
APNMR5 will be a forum for showcasing the exciting developments in all aspects of magnetic resonance in the Asia-Pacific region. The conference will include sessions on solution NMR, solid-state NMR, NMR imaging, NMR theory and methods, and EPR. The meeting will include both oral and poster sessions and will provide significant opportunities for presentations by young investigators. The scientific program will be from October 27-30, with October 31 being reserved for tours.
Confirmed plenary speakers include Ad Bax, James Chou, Maria Forsyth, Hashim Al-Hashimi, Gottfried Otting, and Ichio Shimada.
APNMR5 will be held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) which is centrally located in South Bank, the arts and entertainment precinct of Brisbane. The city’s major art galleries, museum, and performing arts centre are all located with 5-10 minutes walk of the BCEC. In addition, Brisbane is located in the heart of Australia's premier tourist region. From some of the best beaches and rainforests to the Great Barrier Reef and World Heritage landmarks like Fraser Island, delegates can make the 2013 Symposium the trip of a lifetime.
