The 9th AFMC International Medicinal Chemistry Symposium in 2013 (AIMECS13) will be held in Grand Hotel Taipei, from October 15th (Tue.) to October 18th (Fri.), 2013!

AIMEC is authorized by AFMC, who has been a rapidly developing and most attractive scientific activity in the Asia-pacific region. Since first gathering in Japan in 1997, it has been 8 times held regularly and become one of the most important international events in the field of medicinal chemistry. To receive and carry on this mission, it is a great honor that the Taiwan is appointed to host the 9th AIMECS in 2013.

For the past years, AIMEC has been making a great evolution on advancing the science of medicinal chemistry. To continue the object from the past symposia, the AIMECS13 in Taiwan is focusing on “Developing New Drugs to Make This World Preferable” and to discuss the interaction and ideal concept between pharmaceutical production and chemistry. This unique platform is going to provide a great opportunity for medicinal chemists to stimulate and exchange the most up-to-date science knowledge. And also to carry on the goal of AIMECS to keep making great contribution and development to the medicine industry, discover and bring the better life to our world.
