Distinguished Fellowship
The recognition of outstanding contributions to chemistry and the RACI awarded on, or very close, to retirement from their principal professional role. Distinguished Fellowships do not carry financial or post-nominal implications. Rarely would there be more than three Distinguished Fellowships awarded per year.
Award
Inaugurated in 1996, a distinguished Fellowship is the recognition of highly distinguished contributions to the profession in academia, government or industry and the RACI.

Membership type: FRACI & FRACI CChem
Membership duration: Minimum 5 years
Requirements: Service to the RACI since admittance as a Fellow and highlights of the professional career of the nominee since admission as a Fellow.

Nomination: By Branches, Divisions or two senior Fellows of the RACI.

Submission: Emailed in a single PDF document to awards@RACI.org.au for the attention of Robyn Taylor. Receipt will be acknowledged by return email.
The decision of the judges will be subject to the approval of the RACI Board. RACI awards are judged on a relative to opportunity basis. The Board decision is final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
