Cereal Chemistry Division

Division Annual Report available here

Since the first Divisional meeting in 1951, the mission of the Division has been to advance the theory and practice of cereal chemistry in Australasia through national symposia, local meetings and educational activities. The Division also undertakes to promote, advance and safeguard the scientific and professional interest of members.

The Division provides its members with a regular newsletter, annual conference, short courses to maintain and improve the work related skills and knowledge of cereal chemists, technical sub-committees which develop and evaluate standard methods for the "Cereal Chemistry Division Methods Book" and reference sample and check sample programmes.

Membership of the Division is open to anyone having an interest in cereal chemistry and recognises the range of disciplines which are encompassed in cereal chemistry.
